We are in front of the Mandai Bird Paradise entrance, ticket to Mandai is not required to visit us.
Walk-ins are welcome daily, 10AM-7PM.
We offer 30-minute, 1-hour, and 2-hour sessions, depending on your preferred visit.
No, we do not have age limit.

Yes. Children aged 12 and below must be accompanied and supervised by an adult at all times during the visit. Each adult may accompany up to 3 children only.
As NekoTown is not an F&B venue, food and beverages are not served inside our cat café. However, visitors will receive a complimentary drink or ice cream after their session.
We currently have 28 resident cats at NekoTown, including British Shorthairs, British Longhairs, Ragdolls, Munchkins, and a few mixed-breed cats. They each have their own unique personalities, they are all friendly, gentle, and enjoy human company.
No, our admission rates are the same for both children and adults. All visits are charged per person based on the selected session duration. Fee is applicable for 2 years old and above
Visitors may take the Mandai Khatib Shuttle from Khatib MRT Station, or use public buses and alight at the Mandai Wildlife Reserve West drop-off point before walking to Bird Paradise. We are along the walkway from drop-off point to Mandai Bird Paradise. Ticket to Mandai is not required to visit us.
If you are driving, please head to Mandai Wildlife WEST, 20 Mandai Lake Road, and park at the WEST Carpark, and walk towards Mandai Bird Paradise. We are along the walkway from WEST Carpark to Mandai Bird Paradise. Ticket to Mandai is not required to visit us.
