Recently I purchased a beautiful kitten of 3 months old from Neko Town who's an AVS-licensed cattery and breeder. I had a good experience as the team was very professional and friendly and clearly cares for their kittens which are all so adorable.You can tell the kittens are all raised in a clean and safe environment with certified pedigree. My kitten is a British Shorthair. He is healthy, playful and affectionate at the same time independent. Enclosed three photos of my fur kid. In short Neko Town is highly recommended. And here I would like to thanks again to Ms. Connie and Mr. Wang for their excellent service 😀

Getting our first Ragdoll from Nekotown was a wonderful experience. From the moment we walked in, the team made us feel welcome with their warm and genuine approach—there was absolutely no pressure at all. They took the time to patiently answer our questions, explain what to expect, and guide us through how to care for a Ragdoll kitten. We really appreciated how informative and transparent they were, especially as first-time owners. What stood out even more was their after-sales support. They remained responsive and helpful, offering advice on grooming and day-to-day care, always prioritising the welfare of the cat. That level of care and commitment gave us a lot of confidence and reassurance. Overall, it was a very positive and reassuring experience. We’re grateful for the support and would highly recommend Nekotown to anyone new or old owners, considering bringing home a cat.

Brought home our fluffy blue Ragdoll girl Mango four months ago from here and she’s doing very well at home now. Nekotown was very helpful with explanations and after-sales support, they also help us with the desex process as well. Definitely worth it!

We purchased this cutest boy (our first ever pet) from Nekotown and although he was super shy and kept hiding, he came home and was full of energy from the second day onwards 😱 we were assisted by friendly shopkeepers and the after sales care was also very responsive!
